Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order.

Shipping And Handling
Most orders will be sent by Post Office Guaranteed Next Day Delivery but some heavier items will be sent on an overnight delivery by carrier. Charges are £2.00 and £6.00 respectively.

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away, and will normally send your order to you within one working days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, if possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices quoted include Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 12 day (after day of delivery) no quibble return policy. If in the unlikely event of you not being satisfied for any reason with the product that you bought from us, you may return it, please with the original packaging, for a full refund.You do not have to give any reason for returning your order. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel and return your order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and ensure that the goods are packaged adequately against damage. We will only bear the cost of returning faulty goods to us. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery on all returns.

Returns Policy
In the returns box it would be helpful to us if you detailed the Order Number and your reason for return, as well as your Name Address and Contact Telephone Number.
Before returning any item to us please would you inform us in writing by e-mail, fax or letter.
In order for us to improve our service, your comments as to why you are returning the item, would also be much appreciated.

Making a Contract with Us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming your order, and there will be no contract between us.

In the returns box please make sure that you enclose your order number, name, address and contact telephone number with your goods and the reason for the return. Goods must be returned in the original condition, please with the original sales packaging in which they were sent to you.

We expect you to return the item at your own cost, if you decide to exercise your right to cancel as per the first paragraph, we will ensure we make a refund to you within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

You must notify us beforehand of your intention to return an item or items by telephone on 01792 203177, and the reason for the return.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection we advise you to use a secure delivery service which requires a signature upon delivery. Any part use of a product will incur a deduction from the final refund amount. Refunds will be made to the original payment card within 30 days of receipt.

We have taken great care to illustrate our products as clearly as possible. However, due to manufacturer changes to products, pictures shown may vary slightly from the actual product.

Complaints - Please contact us immediately so we may speedily and fairly deal with the matter. We endeavor to reply to any e-mail / complaint within 5 working days, with a timescale and procedure on how to continue.
